For Scott Mitchell the revelation takes back seat as he scrambles to keep his secret hacker identity, Strider, under the radar. His nemesis, Nightshade has released Strider to the media and blamed him for all the hacker terrorism. Mitchell needs to find a way of shifting the evidence away from himself. Someone needs to be the fall guy, and Mitchell knows just the person. Meanwhile Rebecca, tied to a hospital bed and linked up to various machines, risks an escape.
