Questions regarding our online-shop

• Which products can I order via the online shop?

  In our online shop you can easily and conveniently order digital products for download, without registration.

  The following products are not available in our online shop:

  • some eBook special formats
  • Apps - these have to be ordered in the App-Stores
  • physical products (books and audiobooks)

  Should you have decided for a product from one of the above three categories, information can be found on the relevant product page a notice in which stores the product is available for you.

• What payment options do I have in the online shop?

  We offer the following payment methods :

  PayPal

  You can pay safely and easily with PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log into your account and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment.

  SOFORT Überweisung
  
  "SOFORT Überweisung" is one of the online direct deposit method and works based on the proven online banking. You do not have to register first, but you can perform a direct transfer immediately . Simply select "SOFORT Überweisung" as payment method and you will be automatically redirected to the secured payment form. The transfer data is transferred automatically, you only have to enter the bank code and your usual online banking credentials. Finally confirm the payment by entering a TAN. The data is transmitted securely to your online banking account.
